Passelier
The Experience

A seamless arrival begins long before the door opens.

You own the guest list, the creative vision, the client relationship and the room. Passelier turns the invited-guest journey into a coordinated, verifiable operation — before, during and after the night itself.

01
Before the event

Everyone works from one trusted record.

  • Guest-list preparation. Import from CSV or Google Sheets, tidy duplicates, and hold one clean list.
  • RSVP readiness. Configurable RSVP forms, status and seat-count management, and scheduled reminders.
  • Personalized invitations. Beautifully composed invitations, sent by email from your own brand, with delivery records.
  • Seating coordination. General and VIP tables, guest-to-table assignment, and seating-capacity awareness.
  • Approval of important decisions. Formal approval and version history for key deliverables, so choices are documented rather than buried in chats.
  • Door-plan preparation. Roles and scoped collaborator access, and a readiness plan for the entrance.
The outcome

Everyone involved knows who is expected, what has been approved, and what must happen next.

02
During the event

The entrance stays calm, the host stays informed.

  • Guest-pass verification. Each guest receives a unique pass, server-verified for a single admission — welcome on the first scan.
  • Duplicate protection. If a pass is copied or forwarded, later attempts are identified as duplicates and refused. A copied pass never becomes a second admission.
  • Live arrivals. A live feed of who has arrived, with arrival velocity and milestone tracking, on one calm screen.
  • VIP readiness. VIP and high-table readiness and table-occupancy visibility, so the right guests reach the right places.
  • Authorized additional guests. Where the host permits, day-of passes can be issued at the door.
  • Exception handling. Duplicate, unknown and wrong-event scans are shown distinctly and recorded, so the door team does not improvise.
  • Grand Entrance Index & Celebrant Mode. A clear readiness view for the celebrant’s entrance — without exposing the full guest list backstage.
The outcome

The entrance remains calm, the host stays informed, and the door team does not have to improvise every decision.

Grand Entrance

Know when the room is ready.

For events where the celebrant’s entrance is a moment of its own, Passelier turns live arrivals into a clear readiness view. The host or planner can see when the room has reached the agreed threshold — without exposing the full guest list backstage.

After the event

An evening that leaves useful intelligence.

  • Final attendance & no-shows. A clear picture of who came and who did not, separated from duplicate attempts.
  • Arrival patterns. Arrival-period and peak-arrival reporting, so the next event’s door is planned with evidence.
  • Late additions. Authorized day-of passes recorded alongside the invited list.
  • Table & section performance. Table-occupancy and VIP and section attendance.
  • Thank-you follow-up. Thank-you communication tracking to close the evening gracefully.
  • Planner insights. Downloadable reports and, across events, cross-event insight for planners.
The outcome

The event leaves an operational record that can make the next event better.

The invited-guest journey, held

One connected journey, from first message to verified arrival.

Passelier does not plan the whole event. It takes responsibility for the part that decides who is expected, where they belong, and how they are welcomed.
